What happens in a Clubbercise class?
On checking in, you can buy a set of flashing rave glow sticks, these are
reusable so much more environmentally friendly than the single use ones.
We darken the room, get the disco lights going and start with a simple warm
up routine. Then we work up a sweat dancing to floorfillers from 90's rave to
recent dance anthems. The routines are easy-to-follow and always have high
or low impact options. It's all about fun, not about perfection. Take it to your
level, keep it simple and enjoy the music.
How much are Clubbercise classes?
Cost: £6 pay as you go. £5 for Official Clubbercise re-useable Glowsticks. As
these classes will fill up quickly, please click on BOOK NOW to guarantee
your space. Classes run during school holidays, there are no classes on
What should I wear/bring?
No heels! Just trainers and sportswear/streetwear/fitness clothing…
something you can dance in... and make sure you bring some water. And
dont forget to bring your Glowsticks to all your classes !

What are the benefits of Clubbercise classes?

Do I need to be an experienced dancer?
Definitely not! We deliberately make our routines easy-to-follow so you
can relax and enjoy it rather than worrying about getting the steps wrong.
I have an injury or medical condition, can I still come and
is it safe for me to take part?
If you have a health condition you should seek medical advice from your
GP before coming to the class. Due to the nature of this class it is
unsuitable for anyone who suffers with photosensitive conditions.
If you're suffering from sore knees/shins, its recommended to wear
cross-trainers with suitable cushioning and a non-stick sole, to avoid
putting unnecessary stress on the joints. Please follow the low impact
options, if you're still having problems.
